Cozy café in Jels right next to the Ancient Road's hiking route and right across from Jels Søbad.
Just opposite Jels Søbad you will find café Frøken Kaff ́. Here you can enjoy an exciting café, where there is room to sit and enjoy a good book with a delicious cup of coffee, which is available in many varieties, enjoy the view or you can sit down with a few of your friends around the coffee table and play a game of board games and enjoy a delicious sandwich at the same time. In the summer months, it is also possible to sit outside the café, where you can enjoy a glass of cool wine with your lunch.
In the café, it is also possible to buy old-fashioned ice cream cones with either Danish-produced ice cream from Hansen Is or locally produced Sister Ice Cream in Haderslev.
In the early summer of 2025, Frøken Kaff's "became no. 2 in the vote for the country's best coffee shop.
If you come as a hiker or cyclist on the Ancient Road, the café will be a really good place to break for body and soul.
