Shopping before departure
Before you leave, buy your lunch, dinner, and possibly breakfast from Meny in Klokkerholm at the address Bredkærsvej 7, 9320 Hjallerup
Hiking to Hammer Bakker
Walk 15 km until you reach Hammer Bakker. After about 6 km, you can turn towards Hjallerup and visit the nice local produce market at the address Søndergade 31, 9320 Hjallerup (*closed Monday and Sunday).
Dinner over a campfire
Prepare your own food over a campfire, for example at the designated shelter area mentioned below.
Sleep outdoors
South of Pebermosen, you will find a shelter on Møgelsmosevej, which also has a fire pit. Find your way using Google Maps here.
Stay indoors
Here it requires you to walk 3 kilometers after you have reached the end of the stage, until you reach the scenic Nymarksminde Bed & Breakfast at the address Vestvej 91, 9310 Vodskov.
Breakfast before departure
After a night in a shelter, there is an opportunity to make breakfast on a campfire, and if you have stayed at a Bed & Breakfast, you can enjoy the breakfast there before starting the trip towards Aalborg.
Walk along the Limfjord
The journey continues for the first 6 km along the Limfjord. A couple of kilometers north of Nørresundby lies one of the area's historical attractions, Lindholm Høje which is a Viking burial site. Then you go through Nørresundby, over the Limfjord Bridge and into the center of Aalborg, where you can enjoy a nice lunch or a refreshing cup of coffee with a clear conscience.
Today's stage ends at Kildeparken in Aalborg, which is just a stone's throw from the train station.
